Freight policy
All our product ship FOB Bensenville, IL or freight collect. We can also quote and include the freight charges on your order or you may make your own arrangements for freight.
Payment options
We accept wire transfers, ACH and direct deposits and company checks. We accept credit card payments on a limited basis and charge a service/handling fee of 3% per transaction.
Certain product lines are payment in advance.
All sales are final. Any damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Great discounters does not give credit for defective merchandise or returned merchandise.
